This is a fantastic achievement for our practice and a real testament to the wonderful team of people we have here. The award is the highest level of recognition given to veterinary practices by the RCVS Practice Standards Scheme.

Achieving an OUTSTANDING rating means demonstrating exceptionally high standards across the award criteria. It is not an accolade that is simply handed out, and we are absolutely thrilled to have achieved it.

Our assessors had some lovely things to say about the practice, including recognition of:

• The knowledge and resources we offer our clients. They recognised the wealth of information and support available throughout the practice to help clients make informed decisions about their horses' care.

• Our proactive communication. From educational information and resources to our website, social media, newsletters and client events, we continually look for ways to keep our clients informed and engaged.

• Our team's positive attitude and approach. The assessors highlighted how consistently well our team works together and the positive attitude they bring to their roles.

• Listening to our clients and learning from their feedback. We use feedback to identify opportunities to improve the service we provide.

• Our commitment to training and development. We actively encourage our team to develop their knowledge and skills so that we can continue to provide the best possible service.
