From booking appointments to supporting clients through emergencies, our receptionists play a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly. They juggle busy diaries, coordinate vets on the road, and make sure every call is handled with care, understanding, and efficiency.

They’re often the first point of contact in both happy and stressful moments, and their knowledge, compassion, and problem-solving skills make a real difference.

There is so much that goes on behind the scenes, from worm egg counts to organising your prescriptions, no two days are ever the same.
